You can delete your MishMish account and all associated data in two ways.
In the app (fastest)
- Open MishMish on your phone
- Go to Profile
- Tap Delete Account
- Type DELETE to confirm
Your account and all data are permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
By email
If you can't access the app, email support@mishmishcompanion.app from the email associated with your account (or describe enough detail for us to identify your account). We'll process the deletion within 14 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Your anonymous user ID
- Your streak, wird completions, and path progress
- Your reflection notes
- Your cat's progress
- Any prayer tracking data
- Any subscription records (subscriptions are also cancelled through your Apple or Google account separately)
What we keep
Nothing. Account deletion is full deletion.
